You can also find thousands of hours of his lectures on YouTube.

Find local real estate lawyers and pay them to give you a lecture on local procedures.

I'd consider it ideal for a do-it-yourself style learner because there wasn't any face to face lectures. 

We'd be there simply to just meet others in the business not for any type of lecture or anything like that.

Personally I went to lecture given at Wake Forest by one of the head of the departments of Regenerative Medicine research back in 2016, and truly it's astounding what they have achieved already.

That being said it required a lot of reading and they had very little actual lecture videos so if you are someone that prefers listening to lectures instead you might want to look at other options.

It's cheap and you can move at your own pace, no in person lectures.

The course is self paced and mostly text based, so I supplemented it with listening to Travis Everette's lectures of Youtube (highly recommend) and was able to pass both sections on my first try!
