(Whether that’s their fault or the borrower’s)I’m my experience, delays like this happen because your LO is juggling several deals at the same time and may either forget to submit the information to us, or just wait because they don’t want to call you to request more information (because they don’t want to keep bothering you).I can see three potential reasons for your delays. 1) when your LO is requesting information, you are taking a few days to get back to them.

We juggled with the pricing model and I set the prices 10% higher than Evolves suggestion and they accommodated me.

I suppose juggling brokerage transactions and property management can be rigorous, but with the proper systems maybe it can work.

I did find an online crypto lender that does 5.99% but it can work against you like a margin loan if volatility especially negative returns on the crypto hit.Thinking about trying it with $1k & going no higher than 20% of crypto so I can handle a margin call with ease.Otherwise I’m just stuck with juggling 0% credit cards again & again!
