Personally I prefer the shower with the glass door because I feel it leads to less water leaking and therefore less floor damage and wall damage down the road due to inappropriate shower curtain usage.

I have heard it suggested to be used when transferring a property but if the trust is revocable that is a bad idea as the grantor can unwind the trust.Most importantly I hear new investors wanting to use them in ways that are inappropriate because the heard how great they are.
