Repairs- Impossible to answer that question as it's dependent on the home6. holding costs- zero7. reserves- In my opinion you should have between 3 to 6 months of reserves.

My lawyer said that if the past owner (the husband) is not interested in getting the house back it will be next to impossible to overturn the foreclosure based on that title issue.
