All the hotel brands are coming to market with new franchises that have full kitchens, large rooms, pools, laundry, gym, outdoor courtyards and kitchens, are located directly in the dining, entertainment, and shopping districts and adjacant to transportation corridors and have on site staff. 

I've had 50+ deal months, I've also had 500+ deal years as well as $50 Million+ sales volume years, however, I had a larger staff during those times.

You may need to hire a property manager, maintenance staff, and possibly a leasing agent to help handle the day-to-day operations of the building.

MTRs are always in high demand for barn staff and trainers who come for the entire circuit.

I also am aware of the work force in Cleveland having done 1ks and 1ks of renos/ repairs, more than a dozen office staff, 30 contractors and 6 full time handymen, it is NOT easy finding reliable workers.

It would also involve having to manage a staff of cooks, runners, nurses/doctors, admin, etc.

don't keep a staff. there's a general contractor in our market that has 400 million annual revenue and 41 employees. 10 million per employee. do the math. that's columbus ohio. construction management is the key. get to know the subs, process, build clients, focus on what actually get's business not hiring when you are small.
