I still tried to reason with her to see if we could repair this, but she hired a personal injury lawyer (who happens to be a cleaning client of her) to start emailing me demanding I give her $125,000 for her 1/2 of the business, or else they are going to file a lawsuit.

I would be hiring an attorney to be first in line for any distributions that do come as it's literally first come first serve for people that file suits and obtain judgement first.

Easiest and least costly is to go there and spend a week or so to get everything in order.Another one is to hire someone trustworthy and pay them to put it in their garage or in a storage unit for a month

In Phoenix, I might call up a friend who invests in mixed-use properties south of Roosevelt Row, and that friend might know a local title rep who’s been working with out-of-state buyers who like to pull the trigger fast.

My best suggestion is to hire a real estate agent.

Or go the motor home route. ( wife does not care for the motor home route though) Or just do what we do now.. fly to where we want to fish stay in hotel and hire a guide !!!..
