But the main reason I did it was, I spent my entire life in athletics through the minors and then as a Chef but the whole time I was in and around Real Estate.

I didn't like the taste to much, its always missing something so I learned to add certain spices and herbs to make a meal taste better, Chef Ramsey would love me in "Hell's Kitchen" lol in fact seeing I am self taught I actually worked as a Sous Chef in a German Resturant in Texas and everyone loved my cooking, today even my wife loves my cooking (as long as I stay away from Italian Dishes, she is Italian and that is her baliwack lol).

If the parents are on the line for the damages then they will police the children so you don't have to *chef's kiss* I don't know why I didn't think of that sooner.

Would you open a restaurant without knowing anything about cooking, food costs, table space/counts, or even a decent chef?

I became interested in Real Estate about 10 years ago and I chose to take some college courses to become a chef instead.

Conversely if you have only decent ingredients but a great chef the dish can be made to taste great.It is as much about skill as the products used.

While my Investor Tom, his wife, 2.3 kids (I never understood what that meant,) his Boat Manager, and Chef are on their private Yacht on their way to Bermuda...
