I would like to lease a building with a 3-5 year term to see if my new business adventure works out or if i can find a nice enough building to purchase that can harvest my ideas I'm willing to take a look at those too.

Plenty of predatory activity of course, it's just not where it was in 2007.Where we see emerging predatory activities isn't in the "giving loans out to those that can't make the payments" segment, it's in the equity harvesting schemes of various sorts.

I think you had to own 5+ acres and selling a min of 1k in horiculture,or 10+ and 1k+ agriculture, or 15+ in tree harvesting

Whereas, other investors will purchase a property in need of repair, force the appreciation with targeted repairs, and then eventually pull out the equity harvested in order to repeat the process.

From all the leads I am getting from ACTUALLY motivated sellers, not ONCE have I come across anyone in preforeclosure.The absolute best and ONLY way to define a list, is to get access to a #1 ranking website where they harvest truly motivated seller leads and then categorize the leads.How many leads that have agreed to a lower than market value are of the age of 65 and above?
