(Except I learned not to set a candle on the floor without anything under it. 

Just wondering if anybody else has had the same experience that I have had having to deal with Airbnb Cover.Earlier November 2022, we had a guest stay at our STR home, and they "accidentally" had a candle fire.

If you don't you are burning the candles at both ends.I am 39 now.

Place a couple of fliers and cards in around the home, as well as have open house with their cookies and lighting candles making the house smell like vanilla wafers, blah, blah, blah...

Still can't hold a candle to the areas outside of Columbus, but still it isn't too bad. 

I'm not sure it holds a candle to Brandon's authorship but I had a blast writing both!

I have even seen area rugs catch disaster candle spills, pet accidents and more (just roll up and toss and rinse and repeat; buy em on sale!)

I am not sure what he is trying to do.My realtor and some people are telling me either he is trying to 1) Block my deal2) He is trying to make money from me and bank on master insurance by giving wrong handmade invoice (may be $2000.00 more).Any advise for me as a buyer Thanks in advance 

Reading the time stamp on that message it looks like it was after the 3 complete reject on offers, with the 3 listing agents of each REO property asking me how dare I allow my buyers, or investors to make such ridiculous offers...Now for just starting out in the business, I'm not very set on lighting the candle at both ends and burning bridges out of the gate.
