Everytime I get a cash buyer to ask me to be on my mist I direct them to my cash buyers facebook group, where all members have access to them.The moral of it all is simply this.And this is not debatable, Don;t agree?

I joined this group about a year ago and have had an on and off interest in real estate investing since then, but this year I really want to learn as much as I can before I become active duty military in July. 

The Norris Group has a hard money ADU loan, but it's short term (3 years). 

I was asked to join a couple of real estate groups and this one fell in to my hands.

Life Changing is my go to now as their owners and 5 of their loan officers have even joined my group.

Some of the "package rate" groups start at $15k, but include the compliance reviews of marketing assets, too.  

Michael - you can use this platform and FB Groups in order to find off market, live STRs in all of these neighborhoods.

Would any loan servicer do, or should I search for a particular group of local or nationwide servicers who can assist me (a small business owner financing purchases versus a big bank)?

I’m not familiar with CFREIA yet, but it sounds like a fantastic group.
