I have seen these terrible scams they are running now that a lot of people have so much equity in there home but after Covid I’d imagine many people have credit issues but these company pretend like they are giving you access to equity in your home but they are actually buying your home and renting it back to you.

You would literally have to pay me for me to put solar panels on my home Such a scam at this point 

They survived inspections from lenders and I was able to sell them.I think what Mr Lau experiences is way more extreme, equivalent to a scam.

He is making these assertions to the sellers so that they sell their house to an inexperienced student that pay him thousands of dollars to learn his scams.

Your buyer list will always move a lot as there are many investors that do one flip and move out, but you have that a good start joining to Facebook groups, though be careful of the scams around it too.

I think they are either running a scam or an airbnb out of my home. 

I would not buy something that needs mild renovation out-of-state as a brand new investor as you will not be able to manage it and will pay 4x the cost and it will take much longer and you are likely to get scammed if you have not built a proper funnel.

I have been looking into several "guru" mentoring programs but I am skeptical they all sound too good to be true, and some downright scams.

But it turned out that the " Buyer" was trying to scam me and the owner.
