@Wayne Brookshaha I see what you are saying, but these firms seem to claim such a high success rates I thought may be they have a certain tricks up their sleeves.

is this a window unit or sleeve unit in the wall or central air..Normal for window units is to get about 10 degrees less than outside temperature, we had 12000 btu units wall sleeve a/c for 2 br apartment and would do OK unless real  hot day.. 

This is really powerful.Now I am rolling up my sleeves.. heck I am taking my shirt off, heck why stop there, I'll go naked if I have to!

We knew once stabilized, the assets would perform for years to come.A lot of us that built from the ground up need to roll up our sleeves for something.

Play to your strengths and don't be afraid to roll up your sleeves and do high dollar tasks yourself.
