@Armin Trepic my advice would be two fold. 1) Having a knowledge of the stock investing, I am assuming you have a risk tolerance level as well as ability to think long term (investing not gambling) .

Hello BP community,While driving around my area, I came across a 3 bed 2 bath house with the ideal characteristics of a home to target with direct mail: overgrown grass, stained vinyl, crinkled blinds in the windows, etc.
