And I don't understand why she wants to live there if she thinks I'm such a bad landlord.My lease doesn't say anything about notice just that I may enter the premises during reasonable hours for the following purposes: to inspect to see if the tenant is complying with this agreement, to make repairs, and to exhibit the unit to prospective purchasers, mortagees and tenants.

There were about 5 or 6 assignments of the mortgage to various LLC's (though never mod-ed) so outside of the assignment document and "Exhibit A" description of the lot, etc -- what else would I expect to receive?  

I'll take your comment as someone who is completely unaware of the ethics that the majority of brokers/agents exhibit.

For example, to apply for the loan you may need to hire an independent consultant to prepare the exhibits required (to get the loan, you have to provide a detailed proposal of the work you want to do and cost estimates for each item).
