I have two great parents, but I did not grow up wealthy, big fancy house, lots of money, exotic vacations, etc.

My idea of sitting still is sitting on a beach or mountain or bar somewhere exotic, then picking up my backpack and off to the next destination.

I don't care about fancy cars, clothes, or  exotic trips.

Having had all the exotics I am done with those.. last Porsche I had it was 5k to change out the clutch and that was at 30k miles..

Most don't drive exotic cars or dress in suits when they first meet us.

I've never been impressed by or been driven to purchase brand new cars or phones or clothes or exotic vacations, etc.

or you need to go to low value asset land were you have unsophisticated sellers by and large who just want to walk away.. those folks you can talk into all sorts of these exotic owner finance deals.. they all work I have done many of them.. but its a level of sophistication that many times the sellers wont understand and wont go for.. what they understand is CASH...

Lambo' s are my favorite exotics...Im definitely inspired to make that happen for myself.

I will get an exotic eventually, but don’t want to hinder my apartment goals. 

He heads to warmer climates in the winter by renting in various exotic locations.
