I've not used Sitelink myself but from what I recall way back when I looked at them, they had great "Enterprise" level functionality but were more than I needed.

@Mark Mattison the owner is asking 165k obo for the land. based on what I have been doing in SC  that is priced for a single building site not a development I would be surprised if that has enterprise value.
