I feel like I'm doing a poor job as my own "CFO" what with using an enterprise-level accounting system like Rent Manager and then exporting it to Excel to add in a few additional transactions.

I work for a real estate developer/property manager and we currently use QuickBooks Enterprise Contractor Edition for our development projects and Rent Manager for our rentals.

I’m curious about day to day habits of creating a BRRRR enterprise that is automate process of analyzing deals weekly/monthly.

For e.g. in QuickBooks Online there is a feature - Location, while it is not available on the Pro, Premier, Accountant and Enterprise feature - converting data is not going to work.

But, if you were to insist, I'd suggest forming a separate management LLC that signs all the leases, pays all property taxes and insurance, and generally serves as the public face of your commercial enterprise.

Interesting,So the business has an enterprise value or sale value (equity) that is based on a multiplier times annual cashflow. 

I've not used Sitelink myself but from what I recall way back when I looked at them, they had great "Enterprise" level functionality but were more than I needed. 

you have a profitable enterprise, why would you want to move back in and ruin that?)

I guess my question is between the basic and the enterprise plan can I upload my own lists.
