So, maybe you had a bond paying 12% interest when inflation was high but now rates for a similarly rated bond are 6% so they exercise the call option and pay off the bond holders who now have to go out and reinvest that money at prevailing rates (e.g. 6%).

I wanted to do the general commercial one as it included a little bit of it all.Obviously this isn't for everyone but if you are looking for anything to enhance your resume, or to get additional education for yourself in a real world way I would highly recommend looking into it.

With the amount of income from working, I would still be working if I went in to syndications and those door counts are meaningless.This is a healthy exercise.
