It took me 9 years of buying properties to replace my salary with rental income, which I’m happy about it and own a lot of my properties free and clear now, but could have achieved my goal much faster if I embraced good debt and went bigger earlier on.  

I am seeing trends with younger generations being more minimalist and embracing more of a subscription life style.

If you can embrace the right one and you can do some deep work in your head and build a great foundation then the rest of your life, investing, professional, relational, and otherwise, will be better because of it.

They want the easy, plain-vanilla owner-occupant end-buyer without complications, low-ball offers, etc.They'll dodge the curve balls rather than embrace the opportunities they don't understand.
