Instructing or deliberately causing a borrower to sign business-purpose loan documents when you know the money will be used for consumer purposes has always carried civil liabilities.

After my initial email contact with my mentor I wrote out a list of questions for our phone call and we worked our way through them during our call.

So we signed the documents and paid the closing costs.

Finding an agent that knows the market and can find you properties that provide a profit (for both of you) is worth the effort.One more thing about the contract . . . be sure to read the ENTIRE document and ask for clarification is needed.
