One of my roommates/tenants has just brought up wanting to get an ESA dog and asked what I thought about it.

In my last property my tenant who had the sweetest dog but left puddles in a few areas. 

Hi Guys,I have a site plan  created using old floor plans. We have updated floor plans. I need help with updating the existing site paln using the new floor plans, look at the possibility of adding couple more units.

Any of the current tenants have pets (if dogs, what breeds)6.

Now the regular pages are just the same words I hear on podcast.When I started my one and only SFH I spent 1/2 year longer renovating than I planned almost doubled the budget, moved a family of four and a dog into a 700 sq ft home, slept in laundry room had no a/c(I work in extreme heat) almost got a divorce, lost 600/month for g months longer than I planned, had cops called when I found perfect tenant three times in two weeks had “maintenance calls” three times in in a month.

They have a ESA dog that my insurance doesn't cover.

I booked a place for 5 adults and 1 child (16 y/o) plus 2 dogs a couple months ago because of it being the holiday weekend.  

If it were a dog of a property and still penciled like this, I would be equally emotional.
