I found this deal through the Birmingham Landbank authority's tax deed property disk I purchased from the Tax Assessor's office.

There aren't any large manufacturing facilities or job magnets moving there, their local city council leaves a lot to be desired, and the state-wide minimum wage is also going to put people out of work, so I fail to see the desire just because properties are cheap.
