My background is in software development and web application development, so I know I can assist with technology related questions. 

Its not really necessary because my PM does an excellent job advertising for free through their web-based portal. 

However, it still shows up as a BAC admin per se on my driving record from almost 7 years ago until I had to hire a hacker off the deep web ( Barrysanchez AT hackermail DOTcom )  to get it cleared.

The local area crime rate is low according to Trulia.com, but I've also heard many realtors laugh out loud at some of the information available on the popular web-sites.
