Networking over a computer is great but sometimes a real-life connection is better.

we did not pay anything.. keep in mind West coast and East coast title companies are so completely different.. we have a customer service department that is all digitized.. info is at their computer monitor and in their data base.. 

You probably can't get a list directly, but these courts typically have computer systems, often online, that you can access to extract the data you seek.Depending on the info required of the evicting landlord, you can easily get their name and address, the address of the property that's involved in the eviction, and possibly even the landlord's phone number.

People felt comfortable with me and had me do technical work on their computers.

LOL.. figured with my Tesla I have no gas.. and I get bored sometimes so I though maybe I give folks a ride around and socialize a little. .. but then when I read the fine print that I had to accept dogs.. that was a no go in Oregon they would be wet and smelly and muddy.. so my lyft career never lyfted off LOL.. on a side note.. one gig I like that is real estate related for those looking for extra money is that of a transaction coordinator realtors really rely on those folks and you don't have to drive anywhere  computer great scanner and some skills.. my wife pays her 400.00 a file.. and she closed over 30 files last year.. so that's just one realtor and her coordinator has many realtors I bet she makes well over 100k a year from her home.. ( now she is very good I want to emphasize that )

It takes years to make contacts and to give them to someone with 4 posts is, well, I'll be polite; you need to open up a computer with Google and go out and make your own contacts.

I have been using a 2013 desktop version.
