I ended up with a little empty lot that I may or may not be able to sell (cross your fingers that the dentist next door wants it), mostly for the heck of it. 

FYI - the courts have in the past ruled a Dentist as a RE Professional and a salaried Financial Advisor also was able to qualify in a Tax Court Case.

So he was kind of "meh the mortgage process kind of sucks" at closing (same way a lot of people think about their dentists, you go there for the outcome not the process) and never referred me anyone, but years later became a fan of me and I still get referral business from him, from people he referred me, and so on.I guess TLDR is you don't have to advertise to any specific demographic groups.

Yes quick books is helpful but i would rather sit in a dentist chair and I'm pretty sure I am not doing it right because its so painful (cant be that bad if people like it).

I think redesigning the layout would really improve the house, but I know nothing about designing or floor plans or anything (I am a dentist by day 🦷 ) Is there a good floor planning software that is recommended or would you hire a professional to help figure out how reconfigure the space?
