To my delight, the current owner revealed that she removed a board on the second floor and uncovered the old staircase to the 2nd floor!

Of course it might work for you if the tenant caves and pays the rent to get whatever stuff s/he might have left back but the ramifications of them filing a complaint/suit would scare me away from that tactic.Got a lawyer buddy?

Then there is us  LOL.... ours is 60 wide 50 deep and 20 ft high we can build and apartment in ours if we want lots of people also have apartments or offices in themthey can be the ultimate man cave that's for sure.
