I'll check it out.Yours is a different  perspective since you had to shop for and decorate your place.I am considering buying a Vrbo in this area this year.

I provide that, plus a place to cook and do laundry in an environment that looks like Hugh Hefner decorated it.

It’s even possible that someone without a view might be doing better than someone with a view if, for example, they offered better amenities or had nicer decor.

Its 5" decorative that has been painted (3 coats apparently) , drips all over it.. i would have to sand all of it.. there will be plaster repair after removing it.. not a concern, I can hang and finish drywall..

I’ll still call out extremely poor taste in decorating when I see it though, I can’t control it.  

(The GF is not on board with moving every year...decorating)Based on the houses I am looking at, I will save at least 1k/month on rent because my GF will be moving with me.
