BP and the forums have been so valuable while I’ve been learning and I’m so grateful to have this resource.I’m a US citizen currently living abroad (London, UK) and would like to start my REI journey in the US.

During my REI investing journey I've done 7 1031’s, then followed each of these up with cost segregation studies.

Specifically:The $100K limit makes no sense, unless she has a process and data showing the sub 100k properties have been the best investments in that market.Section 8 is problematic.Over the past 16+ years, we've delivered more than 550 investment properties and provide comprehensive services.

@Steve Vaughan Yeah I am just starting out on my journey right now, I thought a $1500 course was a lot to me but I can see how it could've been worse.

As members in this program we didn't feel like we were a priority.There are other programs available to support your RE investing journey.
