I've spoke with the city probate clerk about becoming administrator of his estate, but since I'm not a blood relative and not his next of kin it's been a bunch of jumping through hoops.It's been a challenge trying to do anything regarding his affairs, because of course no one will talk to me without the admin designation.

I did not want to replace the tubs, and the refinished tub looked much better than before.If you are using it on a higher end rental or on your personal residence, you may have higher expectations.Please note that you should definitely have a lot of air circulation (ventilation) in the room - the smell/fumes are quite strong.

Contractor said it wasn't 'old mold', it was 'new mold' and he felt like it was mainly because house had not been lived in recently and could be fixed with bleach, ventilation and circulation.

Gas prices ebb and flow and are actually cheaper right now than they were 10 years ago, so it seems extremely silly to me to blame inflation on that.I'm no economist, but something like 60% of all USD currently in circulation having been printed since the start of 2020 seems the much more likely culprit.

You can get a gift for a down payment but it must be from a blood relative or "like" relative and the you must explain the close relationship and why the "like" relative would give you a gift. a GIFT for downpayment is money given willingly to a buyer without repayment.
