@Jeremy Turner, Ya, i have been very cautious with what i want to do with my savings, i have been kinda crushed a little lately with the downtrend in crypto as i had been investing that way and been doing great for over a year, but right now im just holding for the swing back up (hopely), most of my bitcoin was valued around the 9k mark so im down about 30%, but i do have some alt coins that are offsetting that amount greatly, so im nearly balanced out on what i have into crypto, so i could get out now and probably break even, but i have hopes of it heading north again.

Just last night I was reading about how my chosen city has a very strong market and some houses actually sell for above the asking price and almost none for far below. 

So a 14 trillion dollar economy in the US plus the global economy will overnight switch to crypto currencies that are backed by anonymous hackers somewhere?

The long and short of it is that the trust would sell the props and reinvest into other income producing assets, and you could draw income from the trust during your life, and then whatever remains when you pass would go to your chosen charity (or educational institution, they reeeeealllly push this on their wealthy alums, but I like the idea of funding a worthy charity, personally).

DFW is very competitive already, and it will only become more so if it's chosen.

But I've chosen not to do a VA loan with them or anyone because they are more expensive than conventional with their 'funding fee'.
