You will make way more money by working with honest, ethical, and knowledgeable professionals in any field. 

Being law enforcement in my first career I read a lot of laws, regulations, codes etc... on a daily basis. 

However, my perspective is more cautious, driven not just by statistical analysis but by firsthand observations in the field and insights from investors and developers across the country.

I had it prior but had to make a career choice about 5 years ago when I was working for a dealership because it was too time consuming to keep it open. 

If it released all at once and moved the length of a football field the damage to the County would be absolutely insane.....

Early in my career, this really bit me in the tush and I am seeing many investors walking right into the same trap.

I do however believe proper coaching can accelerate you in a given field but this does not appear to be it. 

This way wronged people can file a report against registered wholesaler and those who deal with wholesalers would be assured that he is not a convicted swindler and career criminal, but someone without criminal records.

It’s also the career tenants who live in inexpensive housing because it’s all they can afford who are far more inclined to take advantage of liberal landlord tenant laws and that's going to be a minority of the tenant base if you invest in gateway cities.

Get them to call you first when a deal comes to them.I appreciate your goal to automate some processes and I'm sure in your field it happens all of the time, but there is no replacement for good 'ol person contact and networking.
