I was one of the fortunate ones that was able to get out of the contract and after all expenses (forfeited deposit, legal fees, holding costs, etc) lost less than $20k.

I have a legal question about a contract I have with a wholesaler and the $5000 EMDI was under contract for a property that I learned had liens on it..... it states in the contract that title must be marketable and if not, then I would get my EMD back.....

There is nothing about how long you need to occupy the property for.So unless our lender puts a demand on us I see no problems legally in occupying each property for any amount of time to fulfill the requirement, then rinse and repeating this process up to our full entitlements, so long as the lender is willing to keep giving us loans.
