I have purchased many of the land courses and the land riches blueprint is the best I have seen. 

Today those numbers would certainly be higher… so your funding is a big concern to me on the ‘flips” side.I sort of point you back toward the old adage that real estate is not a get rich quick scheme.  

A wise investor will not try to get rich quick with shortcuts.

The rich get richer, and like George Carlen said--it's a great big club...But given that....don't see the glass as half empty, instead see it as half full.If you want to be a big fish (accredited investor) RISK your investment money in things you think will get you to that goal.

Real Estate investing is a long journey not a "get rich quick  phenomenon. 

The ones rich enough to not be in the middle just pay the higher prices, or they step down into the housing that the middle occupied.

They've been on The Real Estate Guys Radio Show, Rich Dad Radio Show, and Get Rich Education podcasts (probably more, but those I'm aware of). 

Buying in up and coming neighborhoods, at least around here, is not a get-rich-quick scheme.

Yeah, but then you also said "And to give you some context on how "rich" the PMs are getting, in case you are wondering for your own PM business, the margins in this business are incredibly slim" which is probably the most untrue statement.
