Hello All,Any thoughts on flipping a mobile home?

I have a guy in Miami who insures my mobile home park in fort myers .

This portfolio consisted of around 80 single-family homes, some mobile home parks, a commercial building, some multifamily, and some luxury short-term rentals.I started getting a lot of people reaching out to me and asking me questions about real estate and if I would help them learn how to invest.

Their only other bills are their mobile phone and car insurance, and with the rest of the money they save on rent, they can spend it on other priorities, whether it’s expensive toys, travel or paying down debt.

Tax Liens, Notes, Short Term rentals, single family long term rentals, commercial, mobile homes, oil and gas? 

A SFH will be bad if it's vacant which means no money coming in and you have to burn money just keep keep the property.

What is the monthly cash burn, including reserves to purchase replacement rate caps?

@Gino barbaraaverage household income is $31,000 USD, Unit mix is 8 1 bed/1 bath, 2 2 bed/1 bath, 1 4 bed 1 bath mobile home.

If you are burning money each month then the question is really how bad is it for you.
