Then on the other end of the spectrum I'd say are the little "corner stores" you find on blocks in the inner city with a little retail space on the ground floor and a couple units upstairs. 

(Section 8 is sort of a broad term and can encompass any tenant receiving housing assistance from a govt authority.

For rentals I go for broad appeal and appeal towards younger crowds. 

Don't forget about loss of income/rent...that being said this is a very broad question and I'm not certain if you think you have too much coverage or it costs too much or both...

It accomplished exactly what my wife and I hoped for: Got us taking directly (with them and ourselves) about what our broad goals were, and beyond that the baby steps that would take us there.

I guess I don't consider Westgate a part of Hilltop, but @Tristam Griffith is correct, Westgate is nice, I just picked one up there, also own one in ValleyView and one in Broad Lawn neighborhoods.
