The few deals that are there are bombarded with competition and or they're just not worth the effort.  

If you like what you hear, you fill out the paperwork, and a couple days later, you're hanging your license with them.After I got my license, I started getting bombarded with email and snail mail from brokerages who wanted me to to join -- it was actually pretty annoying.

But anyway, I'm glad I don't get bombarded with letters saying "I want to buy your property!"

As more and more people use text to spamvertize, the tools invented to circumvent will grow too as folks are desensitized to the bombardment.

Is your phone being bombarded with text messages from your tenants about issues with the property? 

My team and I have been getting bombarded with wholesalers looking to get started in investing.

I'm just not seeing how growth in the number of homes sold is helpful at all and as I've said, is just a distraction for new investors that are already struggling to get their arms around all of the metrics that they are bombarded with when trying to evaluate a market. 

Part of my reluctance to do so is that when I connect with someone who continually connects with other people my dashboard gets bombarded with notices of each of these connections.

And I meet a lot of investors.I posed this idea to one of the popular local Facebook groups a while back and I got bombarded with wholesalers wanting to add me to their lists and talking a big game.

Constant bombardment from public media and internet that RE is the way to get rich and retire etc etc.
