Been sitting on the market for a while. So the house has been sitting on the market for 75 days in a hot market, no one is in a rush to get paid, foundation issues, roof imploding, smells like cat urine (the smellier the better), so beat up that all the local flippers are scared of it and/or make insultingly lowball offers that the seller has just been round-binning, but hey it's got a great location.

Heard a few rumours on some lawsuits being prepared which could prolong the legilslation going active. They are discrimination related.I want to see how Ohio Cashflow can assist in the fight also as the BS stinks so much that we smell it everyday.Usually, I stay away from such matters but this is just so ridiculous that we can't resist Coffee?

I'm willing to sacrifice my time, body, friends, and sadly, family as I work to save up for my first purchase.
