The rental market is very strong here currently and I would agree with the aviation industry we are more resilient with market fluctuations.  

I became an online English teacher making USD, but the market was oversaturated with teachers and work dried up.

English is not my first, nor second nor 3rd language!

So I packed my bags and flew over to Europe to teach English and work on my master's in finance.

we have one  black/white couple   One lesbian couple  One non English speaking Hispanic couple one white/Chinese couple with their Chinese parents living with them One Russian Orthodox folks dress like Amish and 3 police officers that decamped from Portland.. and one lives next to the mixed race couple and is good friends with the husband that the black partner  And I am proud to say each and every family is outstanding their homes immaculate and we have the highest priced development in town by about 10 to 15% over our competition. 

They call the concept Kaizen and it doesn't really translate well to English, but in essence, it means "Constant and Never Ending Improvement".

They should be in plain English.

One is my old Aviation partner his company is relevanthomes in Oregon you can google.. and there are others who build them in factory's and crane them in.so there are many who are a decade ahead of you I would study what they do.. also working in a jurisdiction that is anti development and density is probably not a smart thing to do.. find out where they want them then work there.
