- An Astronomical price, given the fact that we can build them for $25/sf.One of our associates has a 107 unit facility under contract for $195,000 - just to give you some perspective (*Not all markets and not all facilities are the same, however...)I suggest you revisit the #'s, and then revisit them again before moving forward with this project.

Many banks won't touch properties that small, or residential properties at all.Some banks will want an astronomical amount of money in your account (I dealt with a bank who wanted 6 months of reserves, plus 6 months worth of reserves for every major bill I had).But, if you stick with it, it will be worth it!

It has a "astronomic" feature, which means you program it with your approximate latitude, and then it "knows" when sunrise and sunset are, and turns the lights off and on appropriately.
