The issue is it's going to add up because you're not going to win a lot of the auctions, especially if the reserve bids aren't announced in advance.For the taxes, obviously you go to the tax collector's website / call their office.

Section 8 housing HUD funding seems to have dried up, even though a formal disbanding of the program has not been announced.  

So doing my nightly scrolling seen a auction site who announces their auction dates, anyway I can get the houses under contract before the auction happens or are online auctions different?

Wondering what BP crowd thinks of the recent news tha the Federal Housing Finance Agency announced Tuesday that Fannie and Freddie will both be shutting down their single-family rental pilot programs and ending their participation in the single-family rental market, outside of their previously existing small investor programs – Fannie Mae’s Multiple Financed Properties and Freddie Mac’s Investment Property Mortgages.

Announcement 2014-15 affirms this by stating “These actions by the IRS will not affect the ability of an IRA owner to transfer funds from one IRA trustee directly to another, because such a transfer is not a rollover and, therefore, is not subject to the one-rollover-per-year limitation.”If you decide to proceed with the movement of the IRA via the 60-day rollover method, the following revenue procedure references the new rule that was passed in 2014.
