Hi, I am looking for recommendations for cleaners in the Indianapolis area for an Air BnB property.

I see you around the forums every day and most of your posts are either misguided or full of hot air.

They need to have a high risk appetite, they probably need to have a connection with and know the country.What I'd do specifically is go and live for a while in Buenos Aires, one of my favorite cities in the world and get to know people there (don't pitch right away).

And I found Air's customer service to be pretty horrible.

Leave the AC set at 76 or 77 so you get enough air movement and dehumidification to keep moisture problems down, and split the utilities for those few months.

I'm really interested in long term rentals along with Air B&B/VRBO. 

I am a license holder with Air Ai for cold calling and integrating a full automation follow up in go high level.

I’m active duty Air Force here in San Antonio.

I'm not familiar with vrbo and other sites- but you could at least set up your own dot com booking funnel/site & (legal- per air bnb -personally don't know?)
