You may have read how this is possible (it is "possible"), but the costs to do it will be very high given your lack of experience and know-how.You are looking for someone to invest with you, but what is in it for them in this equation?

I think these bigger cabins are getting sucked up by the normal demand and with the lack of new builds coming online.

It really helps to speak to someone at the agency because they often will give you recommendations on how to do what you want to do legally.

Most of the negative feedback on BBB has to do with their lack of responsiveness, which could be a growing pain issue since they are affiliated with at least several large REI groups that I am aware of, so are presumably overwhelmed with new business right now.

Unless you’re a very unusual individual, I believe a full service broker would be better for people who lack these attributes.
