I’ve seen reports that MLS searches for 66214 are up 99% YoY from 2019.

That's their required performance as well as maintaining the property/reporting issues. 

I host Fund Progress Report Calls and in-person fund progress meetings weekly.

YUP I can see lenders just recording the DIl.. the few times I have done that I get title insurance on the dil transfer to make sure I am not taking title to something nasty and or if something comes up in the prelim title report we know we have to move to full foreclosure ..
