Complexity being that my mom is retired and doesn't want ANY income for whatever financial planning reasons and she doesn't want to do the work, but she's liking the idea of keeping the wealth in the family and we've had a very good financial relationship for my entire adult life.

(renters is key word, I think there's more of an appeal for homeowners and those with families - I'm making an assumption that the majority of families in southern NH with an adult commuting into Boston are buying and not renting, but please correct me if I'm wrong)  To me I think the draw to southern NH needs to come from growth in southern NH (such as the tech you've mentioned), or growth north of route 3/95.

So for an individual, it would be something like "John Doe, an adult, who resides at _______________________" For LLCs, it would look like "Blah LLC, a _____________ (State of Incorporation) Limited Liability Company, with a registered office at _______________".

If the park is a dump there is no point in trying to upgrade with existing dump rats.To really increase value consider a adult only community or retirement.

I just got an email from the husband mentioning his work schedule was changed and he wondered if it would be ok that just his wife did the walk-through.Not to be so conservative, but in today's litigious society, I feel a bit at risk with only myself and the female spouse doing the walk-through without the husband present.I'm sure I'm not the only one to face this dilemma.What is your experience BP?
