As long as you and your CPA maintain thorough and accurate records, you should be in good shape.

However, your post is highly accurate on flat roofs.

Zillow is never accurate.

Their numbers were not anywhere close to accurate and we are paying the bulk of the mortgage out of pocket.

I feel they are most accurate.
