She was extremely pleasant for the first 3 months - after that, she was nasty & difficult to work with -- consistently late with rent, when she did send me the rent check it was  for the wrong amount, refused to pay late fees, argumentative / verbally hostile / borderline violent (finger in my face yelling obscenities), complained about things out of my control as a landlord, etc.
