More travelers and RV owners are looking for private, unique camping experiences, and low-density parks with quality amenities are very appealing to this crowd.

My partner and I both have 9-5 jobs with mine requiring work travel, so it has been a challenge attending local meet-ups regularly; which is why I am so glad this platform exists to help us network! 

MTRs are great, and there is a lot of opportunity with the different medical facilities in the area, as well as the influx of military and the gaining popularity of MTRs among the general public, not just traveling nurses.

While traveling back and forth to Philadelphia, I stayed in a rental in downtown and met a real estate agent in passing.

However I would probably bill it back to the tenant monthly if it was based on usage like water.

I chose the latter, because I used to travel a lot of for work and wanted a hands-off investment.

This means there is upwards of a 10 minute drive to reach some of the "A" locations in the neighborhood when traveling from  the "C" areas.  

My wife and I grew up in Erie and would like to have a duplex/triplex as our home base while we travel for her work.
