I'm a new Tacoma area investor but I'm down to Zoom if the timing works out!

I bought a older model mobile home recently I got paperwork signed it was sold to me along with the bill of sale and receipt of payment is this enough to get a mover to move it to my property since it was sold to me with a agreement to have it moved ASAP TO MY OWN PROPERTY SOON

I have already advised them March 1 to not pay rent for April by mistake.Then our state implements a stay at home order till whenever, at least 30 days and essential businesses are shut down.I doubt they can find a mover now at the end of the month. 

Also remember, the real movers in the market are managers of 10's and 100's of millions of dollars, not  someone like me who has "play" money  who will buy 5 of 10 shares of Amazon.   

Keep saving and looking for opportunities and when they arise you mover forward with the purchase. 

Goal to live in it for 2-3 years...and then move...rent/sell that house. 

Or else keep the house and when I move rent it out to start this journey, either way Im looking at about 2-4 years until I can actually begin this process. 

Jobs are the driver of rents. 1K jobs in a city the size of Colorado Springs, is not a market mover or maker.

For example, you paid $87 for a fancy term, an "air mover". 

Not interested in Tacoma due to new Seattle like regulations..Killing me.
