Wondering if anyone knows if there will be a book sale this coming Black Friday?

In the old days (40 to 50 years ago), my father's favorite way to get paid the rent was "any way he could get it".For some tenants, we used to knock on doors every Friday or Saturday and get paid cash.I remember one time, before I started driving, my father was in the hospital and I had to ride all over town on my bike and collect rent.

So I closed on a duplex Friday. 

My full time job is on base and I closed on a foreclosure Friday, and closed on another single family home today.

Or possibly do another on a friday or Saturday.

I informed my contractor of the status and he kept checking it the whole day, the whole next day, and finally, middle of the day Friday, he received the funds.

I signed on it last week and it was recorded on Friday with the understanding that the current renters would be out by "the end of the month"  I had to stop by to check a couple things out on Friday and nothing has been packed and there were no signs of people moving out.  

I mispoke earlier, we’re closing this Friday and going under contract today.

Hello, I’m in the western suburbs as well and hope to close on my first deal in the area Friday, a SFR in Wheaton.

I'm making an offer on a house on Friday and need to cobble together a contract.
