This would help accomplish many things such as creating jobs for the blue collar working there would tremendous amount of money that would go in to renovations and this would require professional carpenters, plumbers, electricians, hvac, landscapers, etc... to get everything up to date I recommended the supervision be outsourced to property managers.

The exception for an assistant is just that, for purpose of an assistant who is working under the direction and supervision of an agent, for that agent.

I am aware of all of the above so that is why "the idea" of it is tempting, as I said.Unfortunately, the market does not support it so I will let my subs do the bare minimum...with top quality work, of course ;)while I pick one little project to waste my time on while I also supervise with my whip LOL!
